The EDI Diversity Initiative has released a list of 21 questions and the good news is that they all have more or less the same answer: increased diversity among prospective service providers in the e-discovery RFP process.

But first, some more on the people doing the asking. The Electronic Discovery Institute is a non-profit “dedicated to education, leadership, service, advocacy and research at the intersection of law and technology.” Its diversity initiative touches on each of those pillars with a pledge to increase minority representation in employee hiring, retention and promotion within the e-discovery industry.
