E-discovery service provider Clutch Group and legal consulting company Morae Legal Services today announced their intent to merge their companies. The unified company, Morae Global Corporation, will integrate Morae Legal’s information governance and e-discovery consulting services with Clutch Group’s e-discovery and managed review platforms.
Morae Legal president and CEO Shahzad Bashir will continue on as president and CEO of the consolidated Morae Global group. Clutch Group’s founder and CEO Abhi Shah will move into a role as vice chairman of the Morae Global Corporation board.
