With the U.K.’s potential pending departure from the European Union looming, legal technology companies are still pushing expansion into the country to gain footholds into the broader European markets.

E-discovery consulting group FRONTEO expanded its operation into London last October with a newly created subsidiary, FRONTEO EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). While FRONTEO previously maintained operations in the U.S. and Asia, FRONTEO EMEA vice president James MacGregor said the company hoped to use the subsidiary to bolster its increasingly multijurisdictional work.
