Legal consulting and e-discovery group FTI Consulting has tapped Sophie Ross to be Global CEO of the organization’s Technology segment. As part of her new role, Ross will join FTI’s Executive Committee, its board of segment, regional, and corporate leader, and will head the firm’s Technology Steering Committee.
Prior to this new appointment, Ross led the western region of FTI’s technology segment. She has also served as chief operating officer for San Francisco-based Strategic Discovery – when the company was acquired by FTI in 2008, Ross came with them.
