Complete Discovery Source (CDS) has announced that it is the first “full-service” e-discovery provider to be certified for the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. Just how does an organization get these approvals? Dino Medina, CDS general counsel, explained to Legaltech News that there are many steps to certification and outlined the complex process.
