Disaster recovery has been a burgeoning legal technology space over the past couple of years, but according to a recent survey from ActualTech Media, assembled in partnership with Infrascale, it has not yet seen widespread adoption. In the survey of 274 small- to mid-sized companies, 20 percent did not have a disaster recovery solution in place, while 46 percent of companies experienced at least one outage over the past six months.
