Since the economic crisis seven years ago, the world has recalibrated itself with a “new normal”—in many different ways. In the legal industry, law firms are going through a massive shift and, must to adjust their cultures and behaviors and align their products and services with the needs of general counsel.
This was the overarching theme of the ILTACON 2015 session, “The View from Above: Chiefs Address Industry Trends and Challenges,” the panel, was comprised of seasoned industry veterans: John Koski, global chief legal officer at Dentons; Rob Saccone, CEO of Seyfarth Lean Consulting; and Jeff Schwarz, COO of Polsinelli.
