Bloomberg BNA announced today that David Perla will join the company as president of the Legal Division, effective July 21. Perla will help lead the company’s legal business that includes Bloomberg Law, a legal and business intelligence, news and research system designed for legal professionals.
Perla has long been identified as an innovator in legal business and technology. His journey to Bloomberg BNA, according to CEO Greg McCaffery, was instrumental in selecting him to lead the company’s legal business.
