The Navy Litigation Office, a division of the U.S. Navy’s Office of General Counsel, has renewed its one-year contract with IE Discovery to provide litigation support services. Under the accord, the NLO will continue to use the company’s discovery management services such as preservation, collection, hosting, and document review. IE Discovery will also provide consulting on best practices and litigation technology.
The NLO represents the Navy on cases brought before U.S. federal courts and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. Areas include federal procurement law, civilian personnel law, and environmental law.
