Trademark and IP docketing automation software provider Alt Legal acquired TM Cloud’s cloud docketing system on Thursday for an undisclosed amount. TM Cloud is a global trademark and IP docketing software provider.
The acquired cloud docketing system is TM Cloud’s central offering and while the company will exist as a separate entity for now, Nehal Madhani, CEO of Alt Legal, told Legaltech News he “does not expect them to continue going forward with any operations” after the acquisition is fully complete. He added that no TM Cloud staff are expected to join Alt Legal.
