Yesterday, legal technology software provider Litera announced a major change at the top: Avaneesh Marwaha will be stepping aside as CEO into a new role as chairman of the company’s board. Taking his place as CEO will be Sheryl Hoskins, an executive with technology industry and large-scale business experience.

Hoskins joins Litera from restaurant management software company Upserve, where she was the company’s CEO between 2018 and 2021. Before that, Hoskins was an executive with the Active Network and held domestic and international leadership roles at General Electric and McKesson Corp.
