As more courts embraced technology over the past two years, it’s brought focus to access to justice gaps and some judges lack of tech knowledge. For Judge Tanya R. Kennedy, however, neither challenge is insurmountable.

Kennedy serves as an associate judge in the first division of the New York Supreme Court. She has had a long career in law, serving as a judge in New York’s courts since 2006, as a professor at Fordham University School of Law and later as president of the National Association of Women Judges.
