Last week, Litera Corp. made waves by acquiring Kira Systems, in a bid to expand its contract review capabilities. This week, Litera is going back to the deal table, but this time focusing on a different corner of its burgeoning legal software business: marketing technology.

Litera announced Thursday that has acquired Concep, which provides relationship marketing technology for law firms, corporations and professional services companies.
