Today, Frontline announced it has acquired InvoicePrep, an e-billing and invoice service for law firms. InvoicePrep provides both outsourced process work as well as workflow and invoice compliance & revenue management (ICRM) software to manage invoice compliancy to outside counsel guidelines.
