The founder of now-defunct ‘new law’ outfit Cubism Law is no longer allowed to practice by the U.K. solicitors regulator following findings of dishonesty and of misusing client money.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) found that Andrew Pena had “raised invoices for work that had not been undertaken”, and had “dishonestly transferred a substantial sum from the firm’s client account”.
