Two years ago, when Jeff Ikejiri took on the role of tax and legal operations principal at KPMG, he brought with him a healthy set of “lessons learned” from his previous roles in legal tech and legal services companies like Epiq and UnitedLex. Now, he is looking to leverage them to crack the code of client relationships and change management as KPMG contends with new technologies and innovative processes in the legal industry.
