Throughout the course of 2020, many organizations—including legal tech companies—have found themselves reliant upon a remote working configuration in order to keep operations turning in the midst of a global pandemic. But with a vaccine looming and a potentially brighter outlook for 2021 on the horizon, chances are that legal tech vendors aren’t yet ready to say “goodbye” to the notion of office space altogether.

For starters, many companies may already be tied to leases they can’t break. “Landlords are not making changes to leases as of yet. But certainly we’ve got one office space that’s coming due in a couple of years and we’re certainly thinking about not renewing that,” said Eli Nussbaum, managing director and director of business development at managed services provider Keno Kozie Associates.
