Everything changed in March. After more than 45 years of going to the office every day, I found myself at home full-time, for the first time ever, and I was in a state of mild shock.

I have always viewed myself as a workaholic who has never had a hobby other than reading and running. I felt a panic set in when not surrounded with my familiar office objects: my huge U-shaped desk, large computer screen, console telephone, visitors chairs, degrees and artwork.
