Legal services company Legility has made multiple moves into the e-discovery space in recent years, most recently making its largest acquisition in January with the addition of Inventus. But as that Inventus deal closes, Legility is looking to broaden its appeal to the wider legal services marketing, hoping to position itself as more than just a tech provider.

Today, Legility announced new company branding, with a redesigned logo, website and most notably company positioning. Speaking with Legaltech News ahead of the announcement, Legility CEO Barry Dark said the company’s move was a conscious decision to display all that the company offers as a “tech-enabled legal services provider,” from e-discovery to flexible talent offerings and legal and compliance solutions outsourcing.
