A construction worker who suffered a fractured spinal cord and multiple compound leg fractures when a wall collapsed on him at a worksite has settled for $2.6 million with the general contractor, a subcontractor and the site owner.

According to the plaintiffs mediation memorandum in DaSilva-Viero v. Dobson Mills Apartments, plaintiff Jairo DaSilva-Viero was working as a wall framer for Lopes Carpentry Inc., which was not a party to the suit.
