Jones Day has expanded its Australian disputes practice, hiring Ashurst partner Lucas Wilk in Perth.
Wilk, who joins Jones Day as a partner, advises on commercial litigation and arbitration cases in the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors. In 2015, he assisted the Ashurst team that represented Atlas Iron Ltd. on a $65 million share offer to raise working capital.
