McDermott Will & Emery has hired two litigators from Paul Hastings for its Paris office, the latest move in a firm-wide strategy to build up its global litigation firepower to meet growing client needs.
Nicolas Faguer has joined McDermott’s Paris office as a partner, effective May 3, the firm announced Friday. He will be joined shortly by an associate, also from Paul Hastings, the firm said separately.
