U.K. Top 50 firm Shoosmiths is set to hand all its U.K. staff a bonus payment of 7.7% of their pro rata salary at the end of May, the firm announced on Tuesday.
The additional sum, the equivalent of four weeks’ pay, is proportionally one of the highest being given out to U.K. ranks so far. A number of firms have opted for a figure of 5%.
