Pfizer and its German partner BioNTech have sued the Polish and Hungarian governments in civil court for money that they say is owed for COVID-19 vaccine orders.
Loyens & Loeff partner Hakim Boularbah, who heads the litigation and risk management practice group in the firm’s Brussels office, is representing the biotechnology companies in both cases, according to a court document obtained by Law.com International and a press officer for the French-speaking court of first instance in the Belgium capital.
