It’s now eight months since most lawyers and paralegals have set foot in an office. This has been a huge challenge for all of us – but spare a thought for those who joined a new organisation during this time and, even more so, for the junior professionals who can no longer rely on experience through observation and osmosis.
Possibly the group with the greatest challenge is paralegals. As an organisation which includes many paralegals working in-house with clients, LOD has been talking to them to see how they’ve responded to the challenges of remote working.
