Practice Profile: Vincent Levy represents individuals and corporations in complex-commercial disputes, bankruptcy-related litigation, class actions, derivative suits, shareholder demands, and investigatory and regulatory matters, often in cases involving large and high-profile transactions. Vincent has experience advising clients facing or pursuing litigation under federal securities laws and regulations, antitrust law, state and federal administrative law, state corporate law, state contract and tort law, public and private international law, the Bankruptcy Code, and the Securities Investor Protection Act of 1970. He also has significant experience with complex settlements, including negotiating multi-party settlements with private persons and governmental entities, participating in mediated settlement discussions, and litigating contested settlements subject to court approval.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Vincent led a team of attorneys who secured the first injunction against President Trump’s revised travel ban. The team’s efforts were instrumental in reuniting the firm’s client, a Syrian asylee, with his wife and young daughter, who had been forced to remain in Aleppo. Vince also leads a team working in partnership with the ACLU representing pilots and flight attendants of Frontier Airlines who suffered employment discrimination due to gender and pregnancy.
