Q: What are some of your proudest recent achievements?

A: I find pride in much of my casework, including my role as co-lead counsel in In re Air Cargo Antitrust Litigation, where I helped achieve $1.2 billion in settlements. The case involved allegations that over 30 airline defendants, across six continents, participated in a global conspiracy to unlawfully inflate the prices charged to ship goods by air transportation. As co-lead counsel, I oversaw every aspect of the decade-long litigation, including taking depositions across the globe, motion practice, the review of over 12 million pages of documents, a three-day evidentiary hearing on class certification, briefing and argument on summary judgment, and trial preparation.
