Practice Profile: King’s practice includes representation of public and private companies and private equity funds in corporate matters. He has experience representing professional sports franchises in stadium development, sponsorship matters and general corporate transactions. He leads the King & Spalding team in its representation of the Atlanta Falcons in the design, construction, financing and operation of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. He also represents Atlanta United FC.
King led the firm in apparel brand Carter’s acquisition of Skip Hop, a lifestyle brand for families with young children.
