Practice Profile: Rapp is a trial lawyer and member of Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial’s insurance coverage and construction litigation practice groups. He represents clients in cases primarily involving insurance coverage, construction and business disputes.
Rapp represented AECOM in three wrongful death cases alleging that an exit ramp on the Florida Turnpike was negligently designed and constructed. His client was the construction, engineering and inspection consultant to the Florida Department of Transportation on this project. The cases were settled for less than the original demand. Rapp also assisted in a trial against the city of Atlanta for wrongful termination of a construction contract, which resulted in an award of more than $10 million for the firm’s client.
