Monsanto won a defense verdict Friday in a Roundup trial in Arkansas, while a Delaware judge declared a mistrial in the state’s first trial over the pesticide, according to Monsanto parent company Bayer.
The Arkansas trial, at the Conway Circuit Court, began on Feb. 15 and involved the plaintiff Robert Cody, who filed on behalf of his wife, Wanda Cody. Wanda Cody died from non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
