After a pandemic-induced lull, the Delaware Commission on Law and Technology is officially back in a Supreme Court effort to provide education on how tech is used in Delaware law.

Now co-chaired by Supreme Court Justice Karen Valihura and Superior Court Judge Sean P. Lugg, the commission was originally formed in 2013 following changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct that put an emphasis on technology, and it was the first in the country to focus on assisting lawyers in that area. It became inactive during the pandemic but has now been revived thanks to a Sept. 27 order.
