Uber was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Delaware District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan on behalf of SurgeTech LLC, asserts two patents related to the method of managing online bookings and inventory allocations for transportation services. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00882, SurgeTech, LLC v. Uber Technologies Inc.
