Amgen, the maker of Neulasta, Enbrel and other pharmaceuticals, was slapped with an antitrust lawsuit Friday in Delaware District Court. The lawsuit, filed by Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Wilks Law, accuses Amgen of attempting to block the sale of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals’ cholesterol drug Praulent in order to boost sales of the competing drug Repatha. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00697, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. v. Amgen Inc.
