Former Tesla Inc. legal boss Todd Maron has joined stylish scrubs and medical apparel startup Figs Inc. as chief legal officer.
Maron was one of three GCs at Tesla who left the company within the span of a year. The turnover at the top of Tesla’s legal department is at the center of a derivative lawsuit playing out in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
