Argument in a records inspection trial Wednesday repeatedly came back to the issue of whether a Centene Corp. stockholder was motivated by Roc Nation, the entertainment company founded by Jay-Z that is funding the litigation.

Fioravanti Jr. on Wednesday that Laura Wood’s knowledge of the company as a former employee, stockholder and observer of Centene media coverage gave her the right to inspect the health care company’s records.
