Morris James’ Alberto E. Chávez was sworn in to the Delaware bar on Dec. 13, 2017.
His practice at Morris James will continue to focus on commercial and corporate litigation in the areas of breach of fiduciary duties, conflicts of interest, book inspections, appraisal actions, LLC disputes and breach of contract actions.
Prior to joining Morris James, Chávez served as a judicial intern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit in Boston. He also was a legal intern for the Office of the General Counsel at the Office of the Treasurer and Receiver General of Massachusetts.
Chávez graduated from Boston University School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire in 2016.
