Charlene D. Davis, a director and chair of Bayard P.A.’s executive and marketing committees, is one of three Delaware attorneys invited by the U.S. district court and the Delaware chapter of the Federal Bar Association to serve as a mentor for the 2017 Federal Trial Practice seminar.
The seminar is a multiweek instructional trial practice program for lawyers with fewer than 10 years of practice experience who are interested in regularly appearing in the District of Delaware, according to a release.
