A federal judge has ordered a subsidiary of Marathon Patent Group to pay Medtronic Inc. about $600,000 in attorney fees and interest, calling its interpretation of a settlement agreement “objectively unreasonable.”
Medtronic accused Orthophoenix LLC of reneging on a reimbursement deal after they teamed up on a patent infringement suit against Medtronic competitor Stryker Corp.
