A high-powered defense team and federal prosecutors have negotiated a plea deal for Hunter Biden, who is now expected to appear before a District of Delaware judge in July.

Two tax charges and one involving a firearm were brought against Biden in the Delaware federal court on Tuesday by U.S. Attorney David Weiss, and U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, one of two Delaware federal judges appointed by former President Donald Trump, has scheduled a plea hearing for July 26 in Wilmington.
