Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell announced that it invited Sara A. Gelsinger to become a partner with the firm, effective Jan. 1. 

Gelsinger focuses her practice on commercial and alternative entities such as Delaware limited partnerships, limited liability companies and statutory trusts. She assists clients with acquisitions, debt and equity financings, securitizations and reorganizations. She also advises out-of-state attorneys on Delaware law.
