Morris James’ James H. McMackin III and Andrew B. Wilson are set to present at the National Business Institute’s seminar titled, “Legal Issues Involving Local Governments” on Dec. 11.

Wilson is a legislative specialist in Morris James’ health care industry and government relations groups. Wilson works on a range of health care issues throughout the practice of medicine, assisting clinicians, practices and other entities through licensing questions, regulatory compliance and generally how to grow their practices.

McMackin is a partner in Morris James’ employment government relations and education practice group. In the group’s representation of 17 of Delaware’s 19 school districts, numerous municipalities and private employers, he functions as primary counsel in state and federal court and arbitrations concerning wage-and-hour claims, constitutional claims, discrimination claims, labor grievances, alleged unfair labor practice actions and employment contract disputes.
