Bayard P.A. added Daniel N. Brogan as an associate in its corporate bankruptcy and restructuring group.
Brogan has represented corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, official committees, asset purchasers and other parties in various bankruptcy court proceedings. Brogan also has years of commercial litigation experience. Prior to joining Bayard, Brogan practiced in the Delaware office of an international law firm for five years.
Brogan graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2012 and during his final year in law school, he worked as a law clerk at the Delaware Public Defender’s Office. He also worked as an intern at the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
