A few months after a jury room fight caused a mistrial in a highway wreck case, a Clayton County jury returned a defense verdict for the John Doe driver who was accused of causing the wreck.

In May, after the close of evidence and before the jury charge were set to begin, two women on the panel had a heated argument after one discovered that her fellow juror had posted some “rather unsavory things” concerning her on Snapchat, said lead defense attorney Hilliard Castilla.
