The State Bar of Georgia’s board of governors voted in the bar’s treasurer, Pat O’Connor, for a second role as president-elect at its fall meeting Oct. 24.

Georgia Supreme Court Presiding Justice Harris Hines swore in O’Connor, a partner with Oliver Maner in Savannah. He will serve as president-elect for the remainder of the 2015-16 bar year.
