1. Robert B. McIntosh, 58, served as RockTenn’s executive vice president, general counsel and secretary from January 2009 to July 2015, when he, along with the other executives, resigned after the merger with MeadWestvaco. He was reappointed to the same position for the newly created company, West Rock. His compensation included a salary of $406,750 but he didn’t receive a bonus. He did earn $330,586 in nonequity incentive compensation and $492,178 in stock awards.


2. Ricardo J. Nunez of HD Supply Holdings had a 2014 salary of $443,267. He has since resigned, and Dan McDevitt was named company’s general counsel in January 2015. McDevitt joined HD Supply in 2010 and prior to that was a partner at King & Spalding. In addition, Nunez earned $2,101,706 in bonuses and nonequity compensation and $2,051,199 in stock awards.
