A wrongful death case is developing over the fatal shooting of an Iraqi-American woman in the North Georgia mountain town of Helen.
The lawsuit, reported Thursday by the White County News, alleged that the shooter was “highly intoxicated,” and “negligently discharged the handgun” while sitting on a bench on the main street of the Bavarian-themed village.
