Steven L. Berson has left Kilpatrick Stockton to join Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where he will practice corporate, securities and technology law. Before moving to Atlanta, he spent 13 years with Silicon Valley firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he worked with start-up technology companies. Berson joins Nelson Mullins as a partner. Carolyn “Keri” Chayavadhanangkur also has joined Nelson Mullins as an associate in its bankruptcy practice from Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. An Atlanta native, Chayavadhanangkur graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2002.
