Morris, Manning & Martin added a creditor’s rights and bankruptcy partner in Atlanta in a “newly re-energized practice” this week, after a four-lawyer team from the firm in the same practice area—including its practice leader—moved to Barnes & Thornburg. 

Attorney Brian Levy moved from Burr & Forman to Morris Manning, while Barnes & Thornburg announced that partners Frank DeBorde and Lisa Wolgast and two others moved from Morris Manning to Barnes’ finance, insolvency and restructuring department in Atlanta.
