A Georgia judge is now deciding whether he should disqualify a district attorney who is prosecuting former President Donald Trump and 14 others who are facing charges for interfering in the state’s 2020 presidential election.

 After closing arguments Friday, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee said he had “several legal issues to go through” and would decide by March 15 whether he will disqualify District Attorney Fani Willis from prosecuting the case.
