Maynard Nexsen saw a group of cybersecurity and data privacy lawyers leave for Polsinelli in the last week, but it recently added two notable hires in the practice, including a former Balch & Bingham practice area leader and a former congressional subcommittee lawyer.
The firm is “committed” to growing the cybersecurity & data privacy practice firmwide after losing a nine-lawyer team to Polsinelli earlier this week and is already talking to other lawyers throughout its geographic “footprint” about moving to Maynard Nexsen, said CEO Jeff Grantham.
